When the Vehicle is ready for the customer to collect, you will need to go " Workshop Job Reports Workshop Reports Generator".


  • At the "Filter on:", enter 'SAT' and then press <Enter> to Search. This will bring back a report called Satisfaction Note.
  • Click [Start] to start the report.
  • Enter the job number.
  • Click [Start] to run the report.
  • This will print a Job Satisfaction Note with the 'Customer Name', 'Vehicle Registration Number', 'Vehicle Model' and 'Excess Amount' all filled in automatically.
  • Press <Esc> to exit from here.
