Summary
This article explains how to print a Job Satisfaction Note for an Insurance Job.
More Information
You will need to have processed your workshop job in the approved manner. See How do I Create a Insurance Workshop Job?.
When the Vehicle is ready for the customer to collect, you will need to go
" Workshop Job Reports Workshop Reports Generator".
- At the "Filter on:", enter 'SAT' and then press <Enter> to Search. This will bring back a report called Satisfaction Note.
- Click [Start] to start the report.
- Enter the job number.
- Click [Start] to run the report.
- This will print a Job Satisfaction Note with the 'Customer Name', 'Vehicle Registration Number', 'Vehicle Model' and 'Excess Amount' all filled in automatically.
- Press <Esc> to exit from here.
