Summary
This article explains how to produce a picking list for items booked to a workshop job.
More Information
A picking list can be produced from the jobcard using a global report.
When in the [Invoicing] tab of the jobcard make sure your cursor is in the far left column headed *.
- If you have a button at the top of your screen for [Picking List] you may click this else click [Reports] or press <Alt+G>.
- Find 'Job Picking List' in the [Available Reports] menu or use "Filter on" to find it by entering 'Pick' and clicking [Apply].
- If the report is not listed click [Add].
- Select Workshop.
- At "Filter on" enter 'Picking' and click [Search].
- Select '~PL - Job Picking List' and click [Choose].
- Select the picking list report and click [Start].
- Once on screen you may click [Print].
