Summary
Having carried out advisory work, you should record how the issue was resolved or remedied.
More Information
You do not have to mark an issue as resolved but advisory reports will be more informative if the process is followed through to a resolution.
You may update advisories with their resolution whilst completing the jobcard or from the [Unit Service Information] screen, which is displayed whilst printing the customer invoice. |
- Click [Advisories].
- Select the advisory to resolve and click [Edit].
- Enter a "Remedy Code" in the "Remedial Action Taken" section, in the lower part of the Advisories window.
- Click the [Drop down] button to see a list of remedy codes or see this article to create a new code.
- Click [Done] and [Accept].
