Vehicle Check Sheets can be recorded manually or using Platinum Online/Platinum Mobile.

Having completed the check, reload the jobcard.
- Go the Template:Dataprompt field.
- Press <Shift+F10> to edit the vehicle.
- Select the [Check sheets] tab.
- Click [Add].
- If necessary select the correct "Job Type" else leave it set to 'GEN'.
- Click {Button|Search}}.
- Enter the details e.g. "Mileage" and any "Comments".
- Against each "Question", select the result for the check and enter any specific "Notes".
- Click [Done] and [Accept] to save the check sheet.
