Summary
The following article explains how to reset the sort order of search and report results.
More Information
When you have searched for something in Platinum, whether it's Customers, Vehicles or Stock Items, or you have run a report which displays on a GUI screen, you can sort the results by any of the column headings.
- To reset the sort order of these screens to their system default, right-click on any of the column headings and click [Reset].
 | Note: This will also reset the columns back to their system default order if you have rearranged them. |
- The sort order and column order are configured and stored for individual users. If you want to reset the sort order for a different user, you will need to log into Platinum as that user and reset the columns.
