Summary
This article explains how to schedule an actual technician to a job at a particular time rather than simply for a more general booking on the diary.
More Information
Go to " Systems Workshop Workshop Diary".
- At this point press [Add] button or press <F6> to add a new "Job".
- Click the [Schedule] Button at the top of the "Job Properties" screen.
- Next click add or press <F6> to add a new set of schduled time.
- In the "Code" enter the technicians initials.
- Next enter the 'Date', 'Hours', 'Start Time' and 'Deadline' (if required) relevant to the job in question.
- Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the details and exit the job.
