Summary

This article explains how to schedule a technician to a job at a particular time rather than making a more general booking on the diary.

More Information

Go to " Workshop Workshop Diary".

  • Click [Add] or press <F6> to add a new "Job".
  • Click the [Schedule] Button at the top of the "Job Properties" screen.
  • Click [Add] or press <F6> to add a new scheduled time.
  • In the "Labour Code:" box, enter the technician's Labour Code.
  • The "Skill Code:" will default to the technician's usual skill. You may amend this if required. For details on how to allocate a Skill to a technician, click here.
  • Enter the "Date:", "Hours:", "Start Time:" and "Deadline:" (if required) relevant to the job in question.
  • Press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the scheduled time.
