Summary
This article explains how to schedule an actual technician to a job at a particular time rather than simply a more general booking on the diary.
More Information
Go to " Systems Workshop Workshop Diary".
- Press [Add] button or press <F6> to add a new "Job".
- Click the [Schedule] Button at the top of the "Job Properties" screen.
- Click [Add] or press <F6> to add a new scheduled time.
- In the "Code:" enter the technicians initials.
- Enter the "Date:", "Hours:", "Start Time:" and "Deadline:" (if required) relevant to the job in question.
- Press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the scheduled time.
