Summary

This article explains how to schedule an actual technician to a job at a particular time rather than simply a more general booking on the diary.

  • Press [Add] button or press <F6> to add a new "Job".
  • Click the [Schedule] Button at the top of the "Job Properties" screen.
  • Click [Add] or press <F6> to add a new scheduled time.
  • In the "Labour" box, against the "Code:" enter the technician's labour code.
  • In the "Skill" box, the skill "Code:" will default to the technician's usual skill. You may amend this if required..
  • Enter the "Date:", "Hours:", "Start Time:" and "Deadline:" (if required) relevant to the job in question.
  • Press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the scheduled time.
