Summary

The following article explains how to run a report to see all units purchased in a particular date range.

More Information

Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment.

Go to " Unit Sales Unit Reports Reports Purchases Report".

  • Enter the date range for the unit purchases you wish to see.
  • Press <F2>.
  • The results of the report will be shown on screen.
  • The price for New units that you see on this report will include any "Delivery" and "Marketing Levy" that you have entered on the unit record.
If you wish to select only new or only used unit purchases, press <Esc> from the results and click the [Alter Report Range] option and in "New?", enter 'Y' for New units and enter 'N' for Used Units. Press <Esc> once and then click the [Purchases Report] option again.
If you would like a printout of this report, press <Esc> from the results and click the [Toggle Output] option. This will change from 'Screen' to 'Printer' then click the [Purchases Report] option again. Your date range will still be there so you and simply press <F2> and you will now get a printout.
