Summary

The following article explains how to see the costs related to units sold in a date range.

More Information

Go to " Reports & Settings Reports Accounts Report Generator".

  • In "Filter on", type DOC.
  • Select the "Sales DOC R1.00" and click [Start].
  • Enter the date range for the sales you need.
  • Click [Start].

This will give you a summary report showing the units sold and their costs for the date range you selected. You will see both the cost of accessories purchased by the customer and the PDI or preparation costs against the unit. You can view individual units detailed costs by going to " Add/Edit Units", finding and editing the unit and pressing <F7> to view the expenses.
