Summary
This article explains how to review Check Sheets which have been performed on a vehicle.
More Information
A vehicle might have Check Sheets performed on it many times over the course of its life, and you’ll want to see the results.
Procedure
Option One – Vehicle Properties
In the " Vehicle Sales" module, " Add or Edit Vehicles", each vehicle has a [Check sheets] tab, listing all the check sheets undertaken on that particular vehicle. The colour key indicates:
- "Passed": Either no advisories were needed as a result of this check sheet, or any that were have been resolved.
- "Assigned": All advisories arising from this check sheet are assigned to workshop jobs, but one or more are not yet resolved.
- "Part assigned": There are one or more outstanding advisories from this check sheet that have not been assigned to workshop jobs.
- "Unassigned": None of the advisories advising from this check sheet have yet been assigned to workshop jobs.
You can review a vehicle's Advisories using the <F8> key. You can view or modify the full results of a selected check sheet using the [Edit] button (<F5>); or print the check sheet using the [Printer] button (<F7>).
Option Two – Check Sheet Review
In the Workshop module, the " Check Sheet Review" option allows you to specify an optional "Vehicle" to view, with "From date" and "to date" range. Otherwise the interface is the same as via " Vehicle Properties" above.
