How do I send MOT reminders from Unit Sales?

This article explains how to send MOT reminders to your customers.

Details

• Go to "Vehicle Sales" -> "Vehicle Mailshots"
• You will see a list of Standard Vehicle mailshots.
• Select "Vehicle MOT Reminder" or "Vehicle MOT Reminder+Label" if you need address labels for the Mailshot letters.
• Click [Start].
• Enter the Name of the Service Manager (Or the person who will be signing the letters).
• Enter the From and To dates for the MOT reminders you want.
• Click [Start].
