Details

• Go to "Sales" -> "Vehicle Mailshots".
• You will see the list of the Standard Workshop mailshots on the system.
• Select either "Vehicle Service Reminder" or "Vehicle Service Reminder+Label" if you need address labels for the Mailshot letters.
• Click [Start].
• Enter the Name of the Service Manager (or the person who will be signing the letters).
• Enter the From and To dates for the service reminders that you want.
• Click [Start].
