Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'workshop expense'.

  • For "Workshop expense category" enter the code you wish to use for workshop costs.
To create a new cost category for this, enter a code and press <Shift+F10> from the "Workshop Cost Category" and create one from there.
