The following article explains how to set a particular Vehicle cost category as your vehicle fuel costs so that the extra prompts "Quantity of Fuel" and "Vehicle's Distance" will then show when entering fuel costs.

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'fuel category'.
- for "Fuel category" enter the code you wish to use for the fuel cost.
 | To create a new cost category for this, enter a code and press <Shift+F10> from the "Fuel Cost Category" and create one from there. |
