Summary

The following article explains how to set the job status automatically when you book parts to a workshop job.

More Information

Once you have booked all parts to a workshop job, you can have Platinum set a specific status so you can easily see from the diary screen the status of all your jobs.

Configuration

Go to " Workshop Maintenance Options Parameters General Job Parameters (1)".

  • Cursor down to the "All Items Booked Status".
  • Enter your status code for 'All Items Booked' or press <Ctrl-F1> to search for it.
Tip:  If a status doesn't exist then you can create one.
  • Press <Esc> or click [Exit] to come out of the parameters.

In Use

  • Once you have booked items to a workshop job, the status will now automatically change to the status set above.
