More Information
Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'auto day end'.
- At "Automated day end time" you may enter a time at which all technicians will be automatically logged off the jobs they are working on. You may enter a time of '00:00' to disable this feature.
It is important that the PC responsible for the realtime labour logging be left on, within the Real Time screen, until AFTER the Automated Day End Time. Not doing so will result in technicians being left logged into jobs. |
