Go into " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings Module Settings Vehicle Costings Costing Categories".
- Click the [Add] button.
- Enter a 3 character code for the Cost Category and press <Enter>.
- Enter a Description for the Cost Category and click [Done] or press <Esc> and [Accept].
