The following article explains how to enter the details from your HMRC Government Gateway documents into your Platinum system to allow you to submit you P45 online direct to HMRC.

Entering your Govenment Gateway Details

" Systems\Accounts Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator System Parameters".

  • Press <PGDN> to get to Page 2
  • In the "Government Gateway User ID." enter the Government Gateway User ID from your HMRC Paperwork or Card.
  • In the "Government Gateway Password" enter the Government Gateway Password from your HMRC Paperwork or Card.
