The following article explains how to transfer prospects between sales people, this includes any contacts due for the original sales person.
More Information
- Go to " Sales Prospecting Maintenance Options Prospect Transfer".
- In the "From salesman" field enter the sales person you wish to transfer prospects away from.
- In the "To salesman" field enter the prospect you wish to transfer the prospects to.
- Click [Transfer] and then [Yes].
- Once all the prospects and contacts due have been transferred you will be returned to the Prospect Transfer screen, click [Close].
