This article explains how to update the mileage on a vehicle from a job card in the Workshop Management system.
More Information
A job card can hold the current mileage of a vehicle booked in to the workshop. This is useful as it will show on history reports for the vehicle.
How to Update the mileage
Go to " Workshop Workshop Diary". Press <Ctrl+F1> to search for the job. Fill in the search criteria to get to the relevant Job. Click on [Search]. This will list Jobs that are in the search criteria. Click on the job that you want.
- Click on [Edit]. This will take you to the Workshop Job Properties.
- Enter the current mileage in the "Mileage:" field.
- Click on [Done] and [Accept].
