Using your Platinum Online Account to Select an Item
Log into your Platinum Online account as explained HERE.
- From the Sidebar options, select "Stock" and then "Image Manager".
- Find the part you require by entering the "Stock Number", "Barcode" or part of the stock description.
- Select the part from the results list.
- Click the [Add Photo] button.
Taking the Photo
- This will take you to the built-in camera app on your mobile device. This is where the instructions differ for the different types of mobile device.

Adding More Images
- Adding the first image allows you to add further images, compile a list and then upload all in one go.
Depending on the spec of the camera on your mobile device, these images can be quite large. It is therefore important that you either have enough data on your plan to accommodate this or make sure you are connected to WIFI. It would also be beneficial to change your camera's resolution to a lower setting, around 2MP. |
