Summary
Occasionally you may want to view transaction history for a customer or supplier. The following article explains how to do this.
More Information
In the following example, customer transaction history will be used.
Go to " Sales Ledger Customer History".
- At "Customer:", type in the customer's account code if known, or search for a customer.
- At "Document:", type in the document number to view if required, or just press <F2> to view all history.
From here you can also re-view and re-print invoices, and also check document details by pressing <Shift+F2>.
If a document balance is positive e.g. an invoice which is unpaid, it will be highlighted brown whereas a negative balance, e.g. a credit or payment on account, will be highlighted green. |
