In the {{WS}} system you can record details of work against a unit that you believe should be carried out in the future. These are referred to as Advisories.

More Information

In the Workshop system you can record details of work against a unit that you believe should be carried out in the future. These are referred to as Advisories.

Go to " Workshop Job Reports Advisory Work Reports"

The report will automatically print. Press <Alt+P> if you wish to choose an alternative printer e.g. a PDF output.
  • Select " Outstanding Advisory Report".
  • The report details all advisories against individual units, along with the date by which each of these advisories should be completed.

To view a graphical breakdown of outstanding advisory work, go to " Workshop Job Reports Advisory Work Reports Outstanding Advisory Breakdown".

  • This will display a pie chart of outstanding advisory items showing a percentage breakdown of each advisory type.
  • To see the values for each segment of the chart, click the [+ Chart Data] button.
