Summary

Using Real Time Labour Recording, you can record technician activities. This article explains how to report on this information.

Go to " Workshop Job Reports Job Reports Labour Activity Report".

  • The "Depot" field will default to the stock depot of the company or the site you are logged into. This can be changed if required.
You can type in the name of the depot or press <F1> to go forward through the depots or <Shift+F1> to go back. You can also press <Ctrl+F1> to search.
  • Enter a starting date in the "Date from" field and an end date in the "to" field.
  • If you want to restrict this report to a particular technician, you can enter their Labour code in the "Technician" field.
  • Click [Display] to show the results.
  • This report will show you each technician and their activities within the date range.
  • If you want to print out this report, click the [Print] button or press <Shift+F2>.
