Summary

Using Real Time Labour Recording, you can record technician activities. This article explains how you can view, print and report on the activities recorded by your technicians.

Go to " Workshop Job Reports Job Reports Labour Activity Report".

  • The "Depot" field will default to the stock depot of the company or the site into which you are logged. This can be changed if required.
You can type in the name of the depot or press <F1> to go forward through the depots or <Shift+F1> to go back. You can also press <Ctrl+F1> to search.
  • Enter a start date in the "Date from" field and an end date in the "to" field.
  • If you want to restrict this report to a particular technician, you can enter their Labour code in the "Technician" field.
  • Click [Display] to show the results.
  • This report will show you each technician and their activities within the date range including:
    • The date of the activity.
    • The start time of the activity.
    • The finish time of the activity.
    • The type of activity.
    • The workshop job number, if relevant.
    • The duration of the activity.
    • The location recorded at the start of the activity.
    • The location recorded at the finish of the activity.
  • If you want to print out this report, click the [Print] button or press <Shift+F2>.
  • You can launch a map showing the start or the finish location by pressing the [Start] or [Finish] pin buttons on the toolbar.
