How do I view technician activity?

Summary

Using the Real Time Labour Recording option it is possible to record different types of technician activities, this article explains how to report out this information.

Go to " Workshop Job Reports Job Reports Labour Activity Report"

• The "Depot" field will default to the stock depot of the company\site you are logged into but can be changed if required.
• Enter a starting date in the "Date from" field and an end date in the "to" field.
• If you want to restrict this report down to a particular technician you can enter their labour code in the "Technician" field.
• Click [Display] to show the results.
• This report will show you each technician and the activities they have logged their time against within the date range.
• If you want to print this report out click the [Print] button or press <Shift+F2>
