When the current lines prices are based on prices from the " Stock Control" this returns the method used, otherwise it returns blank.

Purchase Price
Variables L09 and L10 give more details of the pricing method used in this case.
Sales Price
Variables L11 and L12 give more details of the pricing method used in this case.
