Description
The Attachment Rate of the current Employee Attachment Order. If the attachment type is Amount then this rate is a fixed amount per payment period. If the attachment type is Percentage then this rate is the percentage of nett pay. Otherwise this value is not used.

A numeric value whose typical size is 6 digits plus 2 decimal places.
