The P.E. Carry Forward status of the current Employee Attachment Order. This is only applicable if the Protected Earnings flag is Y or I.

Parameters

None.

Returns

A text value whose typical size is 1 character.

N
No, amounts are not carried forward.
Y
Yes, amounts are carried forward.
