Listed below are the fields required by Catalyst in order to assemble a parts update.

The file can be in either Excel or CSV format.

Required

• Stock SKU (Stock code, Product code, Material code, Identifier)
• Description
• V.A.T. Rate (or V.A.T. indicator)
• RRP or Cost or Both (Nett)

Optional

• Discount Code (with rules for calculating Cost or RRP with it).
• Group
• Next Supersession
• Barcode
• Pack Quantity
• Country of Origin
• Commodity / HS / Tariff Code
• Weight
