Test if the user has this attribute allocated.
Parameters
- user
- A text parameter that can not be omitted.
- The input user ID code (2 character ID) whose details you require.

- A text parameter that can not be omitted.

- Test for this attribute being assigned to this user.
Returns
A text value whose typical size is 1 character.
- N
- No, The user attribute is not assigned.
- Y
- Yes, The user attribute is assigned.
