V98 - Workshop job date (Unit Sales Report Generator variable)

Syntax

V98{N/T, CCYYMMDD, N/P/F/L, I/E, stat, I/E, text}

Description

The date of a workshop job performed or to be performed on the current unit.

Parameters

N/T
A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "N").
N
Numeric result. This is the number of days since the first of January 1980. This is most commonly used for sorting purposes.
T
Text result. This is the date formatted for display, e.g. '01/01/2004'. You can optionally use the next parameter to control the exact format.
CCYYMMDD
A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "DD/MM/CCYY").
When the previous parameter is 'T', this parameter can be used to control the exact format. The following four values can be combined in any order, with separating characters if required.
DD
Day (01 to 31).
MM
Month (01 to 12).
CC
Century (19 or 20).
YY
Year (00 to 99).
DD/MM/CCYY
Same as the default.
MM/DD/CCYY
Output in USA format.
CCYYMMDD
Use for sorting into date order (would have the same effect as using the numeric result).
CCYYMM
Use for grouping by month.
N/P/F/L
A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "N").
N
The next job scheduled for the unit, this includes work planned for the current date.
P
The previous job for the unit, this will return the last job for the unit started prior to the current date.
F
The first job for the unit, this is the job with the earliest start date.
L
The last job scheduled or done for the unit, this is the job with the latest start date.
I/E
A text parameter that can be omitted.
blank
Include all jobs regardless of their status.
I
Include only jobs which have a status indicated by the following parameter.
E
Exclude jobs which have a status indicated by the following parameter.
stat
A text parameter that can be omitted.
stat
Job statuses to be included or excluded as per the previous parameter. Multiple status codes may be listed, each should be separated by a space.
I/E
A text parameter that can be omitted.
blank
Include all jobs regardless of the contents of the brief description of the job.
I
Include only jobs which have a text included in the brief job description as indicated by the following parameter.
E
Exclude jobs which have a text included in the brief job description as indicated by the following parameter.
text
A text parameter that can be omitted.
text
Text contained within the brief job description or job types which may be used to indicate which jobs should be included or excluded.

Returns

A text or numeric (depending on the parameters) value whose typical size is 10 characters.
