Summary

The following article explains how to see all current jobs in a date range.

More Information

Go into " Logistics Management Job Planning".

  • The dates at the top of the screen default to today.
  • Select the dates that you want to see.
  • You can also use the [>] to advance a day, a week or a month retrospectively. You can also apply the [<] to do the same but it goes backwards in dates.
If you know the ticket number or account you require, enter it in the "Filter on" field.
  • This will show a list of all current un-invoiced jobs for the range entered.

Advanced Search

Click the [Advanced] button to change the range of tickets to view, e.g. by driver, customer, job status etc.

Invoiced Jobs

To view previously invoiced jobs, click [Advanced].

  • At "Invoice" click the drop down menu and select 'Show all Invoiced Jobs'. Alternatively select 'Don't filter on Invoice' to view both current and invoiced jobs.

Image Search

To filter by attached image, click [Advanced].

  • At "Image" click the drop down menu and select either 'Show all jobs with an attached image' or 'Show all jobs with no attached image'. Alternatively select 'Don't filter on Image' to view all jobs.
