Summary

The following article explains what controls the 'Modified' date and time stamp in the Datafeed.

More Information

Items included the Datafeed are stamped with a modified date, this date and time reflects the last time that the item was modified within Platinum. Web developers should use this value to request a list of items which have been modified since the last request of your data.

This value will get updated each time the item is modified within Platinum, such as changing the description, updating prices, adding attributes or amending Pages.

The modified date will also get update if there are any data imports ran which make any changes to the details of these items.

All items included in the Datafeed will have their modified date changed if there are any changes to the Datafeed
