Why can't I Set up a Regular Journal to Profit & Loss Centres?

When you are setting up a Regular Journal, you may not be able to use a Profit and Loss Centre due to the way your system has been configured. The following article explains how to change this.

To set the parameter, go to " Reports & Parameters Maintenance Options System Administrator System Parameters".

• Press <Page-Down> until you get to the "Payments" screen.
• Where you see "Payments To B/S Centres Only", change this to "No".
• Press <Esc> to exit from here.
