Summary

You may find that when vehicle sales quote in " Unit Sales Documents" is raised it does not appear in the list of ongoing documents. This article explains why and how this can be rectified.

More Information

Go to " Unit Sales Vehicle Sales Documents"

  • The standard filter on the list is set to show only sales orders. When you create quote it gets added to the current list but then when you come out of " Vehicle Sales Documents" and go back in the filter gets reapplied and the new quotation vanishes as it is not a sales order.

Solution

In " Vehicle Sales Documents" you will see an [Advanced] button at the top of the screen The good news is it is still there, If you change the advanced box filter to 'ALL' your quotes and your sales order will now show up.

This selection is also saved per user so it wont happen again.
