Summary
Platinum has a feed available for vehicles to be listed on Ebay, this article will explain why the vehicle colour may be missing from the vehicle description section of the advert.
More Information
The vehicle colour is picked up from your vehicle in platinum and sent to Ebay in the feed. Ebay however only recognises certain colours and if the colour you have used does not match their list it will be ignored and no colour will be displayed.
Here is the list of Ebay approved colours:
- Beige
- Black
- Blue
- Brown
- Maroon
- Cream
- Gold
- Grey/Gray
- Green
- Orange
- Purple
- Red
- Silver
- Turquoise
- White
- Yellow
If the colour on your vehicle does not match this list it will be ignored by Ebay.
