Summary

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) listing for a long term customer or supplier only shows a few details of recent activity.

You know you've had more contact with them than that. Where's the rest of it?

More Information

In order to present the most relevant information in the shortest time, the CRM initially shows only activity from the past year.

You can extend this range up to 3, 5 and 7 years by pressing <Alt+F3>, <Alt+F5>, and <Alt+F7> respectively.

You should be aware of course that the time take to gather this information will increase proportionally.

<Alt+F1> will return the display to show just the past year.
