Summary
There can be instances whereby when printing a document to PDF your previous document gets displayed rather than the one you required. This article will explain how to resolve this issue.
More Information
To correct the issue above you will need to uninstall your current installation of PDF995 and reinstall the latest version from the PDF 995 Website.
Uninstalling
Go to "Start" -> Control Panel -> Add\Remove programs.
- Find PDF995 in the list and click "Uninstall".
- Follow the steps in the uninstall wizard.
Installing the updated version
For direct links to the latest version of PDF995 and help on reinstalling click here and follow the details on the article.
PLEASE NOTE: If your PDF995 software starts to display advertising boxes after the reinstall it will need to be re-licensed.
