This article explains how to resolve the "Your Platinum system is taking too long to process that chart" message appearing in Platinum Online.

More Information

Platinum Online makes your charts available anywhere you have a smart phone with an internet connection. A chart must adhere to the following criteria to appear and work on Platinum Online:

  • It must be a Report Generator chart.
  • It must be added to a custom menu in Platinum to which you have access.
  • It must not prompt the user for any input (i.e. no "pop-up" range).
  • It must complete within one minute.

If you have a chart that typically takes longer than one minute to produce then you may be able to speed it up by reducing the range of data on which it is based.
