How do I change the automated remedy code for completed advisories?

This article explains how to change the automated remedy code for Workshop Advisories to your preferred default code.

Go to " Systems Workshop Maintenance Options Parameters Advisory Work Parameters".

• Here on the lower part of the options screen you will see the "Automated Remedy Code".
• This defaults to 'RM1 - Repaired By Workshop' but this can be amended to any other remedy code you require.
  • To search for an existing remedy code, press <Ctrl+F1> to open the "Remedy Code Search" window and press <Enter> to list the existing codes.
  • You can create a new remedy code by pressing <Shift+F10>.
  • Left Click twice on the code that you want to use.
• Click the [Close] button.

There will not be an accept prompt as this setting is saved automatically.

For this setting to become active, users will need to exit from Workshop and re-enter.
