Summary
Your telephone and fax numbers plus other information can be very easily entered on your invoices and other out going documents. If you reorganise the company address in the system to allow for extra lines.
More Information
Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'address'.
- By condensing the 5 line address to take up less lines e.g. 3 it is possible to get extra information onto your Platinum invoices such as Telephone, Fax and Web address such as in the example below

This will then appear at the top of all Platinum documents with Grey gradient at the top of the page.
