Run a Platinum Update

To make sure you have the latest version of Platinum that includes the new version of the Vehicle Data Sheet, click the following link to help you download and run an update.

Testing the Data Sheet

  • Go to "Vehicle Sales" -> "Add and Edit Vehicles".
  • Find the vehicle for which you want to print the vehicle record.
  • Press <F5> to edit the vehicle.
  • Press <Shift+F5> to print a specific report.
  • At "Report :", enter S and one of the following options:
    • MC1 Factsheet - Bike - Normal
    • MC2 Factsheet - Bike - Detailed
    • MH1 Factsheet - M'home - Normal
    • MH2 Factsheet - M'home - Detailed
  • Press <F2>

To print the data sheet using one button from a Vehicle

Set Up

You will only need to carry out this section once.

  • Go to "Vehicle Sales" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "Parameters" -> "Configurable Reports".
  • On the "Vehicle Details Report" field enter S followed by one of the following codes above that you prefer.
  • Enter the print record number for the required printer on the far right of the screen.
  • Press <Esc> four times to bring you back to the main menu.
PLEASE NOTE: There will NOT be an 'Accept' or 'Ignore' prompt. This is normal and all changes will be saved.

Printing the Data Sheet

  • Go to "Vehicle Sales" -> "Add and Edit Vehicles".
  • Find the vehicle for which you want to print the vehicle record.
  • Press <F5> to edit the vehicle.
  • Press <F6> to print a Data Sheet for the vehicle in question.
