Summary
This article will explain what you should do when an employee reaches the State Pension Age once they have proven their age, whether it is via the CA4140 form or a Cf384 form or a Passport or Birth Certificate.
More Information
To set the employee up, to show that they have reached the "State Pension Age" you will need to:
- Go to " Payroll Payroll Parameters/Maintenance Employee Amendments".
- On 'Employee :' enter the "Employee Code".
- Press <Enter>.
- Press <F3>.
- Against 'NI Rate :' enter the code 'C'.
- Press <Esc>.
- Click [Accept].
This will mean that the employee will not pay Nation Insurance. However the Nation Insurance Contributions will continue. |
