Summary
Follow these instructions to create a file containing customer contact details. The reports can be run to include customers who were issued loyalty cards by a specific site or they can include all customers with a loyalty card.
More Information
Go to " Reports & Settings Reports Accounts Report Generator".
- Type 'Loyalty Scheme' and click [Search].
- Highlight the report to run and click <Start>.
Loyalty Scheme Mail
- To select a specific Site, enter the 'Site Code' in both boxes.
- For all Sites or if you have one Site, leave the range blank.
- Click [Start] to create a file containing Customer names and addresses, their Loyalty Card number and current balance on their card. The file can be found in '..\SXICONS\OUTPUT\LSMAIL.CSV' and will be overwritten every time you run the report.
Loyalty Scheme Email
- To select a specific Site, enter the 'Site Code' in both boxes.
- For all Sites or if you have one Site, leave the range blank.
- Click [Start] to create a file containing Customer names and Email addresses, their Loyalty Card number and current balance on their card. The file can be found in '..\SXICONS\OUTPUT\LSEMAIL.CSV' and will be overwritten every time you run the report.
Loyalty Scheme Mobile
- To select a specific Site, enter the 'Site Code' in both boxes.
- For all Sites or if you have one Site, leave the range blank.
- Click [Start] to create a file containing Customer names and Mobile numbers, their Loyalty Card number and current balance on their card. The file can be found in '..\SXICONS\OUTPUT\LSSMS.CSV' and will be overwritten every time you run the report.
