How can I View the Total inc VAT in Add or Edit Sales Order?

This article explains how to see the total price of items on a Sales order including V.A.T.

More Information

To see the total price of items currently on a Sales Order, go to " Sales Ordering Add or Edit Sales Order". You will need either to edit a current sales order or to create a new sales order.

Once in the Sales Order, to view the total Amount "Inc V.A.T.", you will need to:

• Arrow key <Left Arrow> of the First stock code.
• Press <A> to tag all the stock items on the order.
• Press <Alt+F8> to show "Tagged Items Summary".

The "Tagged Items Summary" screen will show the following information:

• 'No. of Items:'
• 'Nett Total :'
• 'V.A.T. Total :'
• 'Inclusive Total :'

• To exit from this screen, press <Enter> to return back to the Sales Order screen.
