More Information

Renaming

Go to " Stock Control\Counter Operations Add or Edit Stock Items" and search for the stock code you wish to rename.

  • Edit the stock you want to re-name and <Click> on the "Stock Number" next to the prompt "Stock:" then press <F9>.
  • From "New Stock Code:" enter your new stock code for this item.
  • Enter in your new stock code and press <Enter> and click [Yes].
  • Once the renaming has completed, press <Esc> to exit.

Merging

  • If you select an existing stock code for the rename you will be asked to confirm that you want to merge the two stock codes (Depot quantities, prices and history will all be merged. Any existing prices will NOT be overwritten).
