How do I add pictures to a workshop job using Platinum Online?

Summary

This article explains how to add pictures to a Workshop Job using Platinum Mobile.

Please note you may also add pictures via " Activity Manager" through Platinum Online. This requires a constant internet connection.

More information

• Select the Platinum Mobile Icon from your Home screen.
• Enter your 'Online ID' and 'Password' - these are the same details as your Platinum Online log in details.

To check/set up your Platinum Online log in details, click here

• All Jobs your system is configured to display will be listed on screen.
• Select the Job you wish to add a picture to.
• Select [Add Image].
• Take a picture and save the image. A message at the top of your screen will show 'Image added.'

Periodically your device will synchronise with your live Platinum system. At this point the picture/pictures will be added to the Job.

Synchronising Platinum Mobile

Platinum Mobile will use your internet connection periodically to update your Workshop system. To force the system to refresh and update:

• Go to the [Activity Manager] screen.
• Swipe down the screen. You should see a message saying 'Updating'.

Log Out

At the end of each day you should log out of Platinum Mobile.

• Select the 3 bars () to the left of [Activity Manager].
• Select [Logout].
